Had a massive thurs-mon babysitting weekend and I got £380 for it. Out of it I paid £250 towards Lloyds so current balance is under £25!!! I will ask for a settlement figure once the £250 goes out of my account as I would only need to pay interest penalty on the £25 and not on the £275. So by the end of this week I won't have Lloyds loan anymore, meaning that me and my OH paid off £16.000 since Sept 2010!!! Current running total is:

    Hi Everyone,

Haven't post in such a while - I totally forgot that I signed up to this challenge. I am feeling really positive and pleased with my progress so far. I have managed to get the debt under £20K and have updated my signature, the debt is now £15,830 and some change. I have paid off roughly £5,247.

I am pulling out all the stops to be debt free by November this year so every spare penny is going to the debt.

Will be posting more on this thread.

Also want to say well done to everyone.
