Well done on hitting the £10k mark, that's fantastic! You are storming towards your target! :T:j:T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Made a few small overpayments today and managed to round my total off to £400.:j:j
£400/£4000
Hopefully I'll get a few more payments in before the end of the month.0 -
Paid £449.74 to Barclaycard today, taking me to £1887.32/£6000 paid
Also asked to close my account with them, and was told that I 'might' receive letters in the post offering me a reduced interest rate and 0% balance transfer offer in the next few days :j
They also credited my account with £20 to apologise for 'the frustration of my interest rate being too high'!!:TSave £12k in 2021: Jan £1834.40, Feb £1692.810 -
Well got some money owed to me a bit earlier than expected so another overpayment of £500 off my NRAM loan, wanted to pay more but have to be careful now as housemate is moving out and I can't expect my other half to pick up the £825 per a month difference in costs (I think she will pickup some of it which will help a lot and give me more money to overpay).
