Hi All
OH got paid today so we have sent another £735 to the credit card and this pays it off totally. This takes my total for the month to
£920/£9000. I am really happy with the start I have made!:j0 -
Morning
Just sent another small overpayment of £20 to EGG this morning after reading everyone's posts. We were going to go out for lunch today, and that would have been the £20 spent and would rather shrink the debt that increase my waistline!

Don't know why but this has made me feel rather stressed!!
Well done on paying it off. Why are you stressed? Will it free up some extra cash on a monthly basis now? Getting rid of a debt can only be a good thing?"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I think it's because I've had my plan in place for so long, that anything outside of that is scary, even if it's paying something off early! I'm obviously a loon. Won't give me any extra cash, just means that I can pay more to the remainder of the debt each month.
I'm now on over 36% though!0 -
