  • To summarize:
    • The call center really don't know what they're doing. Many seem to have difficulty with the English language.
    • Nearly a month after cancelling my order I'm still trying to get my money back.
I ordered a Nintendo DSi XL from them but about an hour later realized that Sainsbury's were doing them about £50 cheaper. So I went online to cancel my order. Soon after I received an email saying it was too late to cancel as my order has already shipped. They told me to accept the delivery then call the call center to arrange for a return.

I called the call center and they said it would be £8 to send it back and the courier would pick it up on a certain day. That didn't happen. So I called them again and arranged to send it back myself.

That was around two or three weeks ago. Still no refund and I've been charged an additional £8 for a courier that didn't pick up the item.

Awful retailer, they simply do not respond to messages on their messaging system. Ironically they spend a lot of money on buying up other companies & yet they dont invest in customer service. Avoid.

I agree with your post. They are only good however for the all you can eat. I once run up a bill of £30 for a family of 3 and was hounded to give tips. Also they are racist in some huts. I would much rather my local establishment as your not charged £13-£14 for a simple pizza, hope this jan when they have to up their prices they are cleaned out.

    That is hilarious.

Did you actually bother to read the rest of the thread?
