The DIY on TNS may be gender restricted? I can certainly see them and I've taken a couple.

I did three TNS DIY stores yesterday for PIP: reckon they're jumping ship? Or just testing the unknown water?

The DIY store uses pip for video so I think they are testing out the RO if that makes sense

Has anyone seen the adverts for the program on channel 4 starting on the 18th? Mary Portas Secret shopper? Wonder what impact it will have on the industry?

Maybe the retailers she hits up won't use a MS program anymore as they may feel they are cured?

One of the coffee chains she does RE looks after and she said its one of the BEST places for Customer Service... which is funny because Ive always had a good experience in there too!

I saw this advertised. (although never seen coffee on re so slightly curious now lol). I shall me making a note to what that. No doubt i will be sat in front of the TV screaming things like

'Try explaining that in under 150 words'
'ha, how dare you ask a question that's normal and not obscure'
'tenner says your not gonna get paid, you didn't get ice in your drink'
