Can we have an option to turn it off please? Works great in theory seeing what jobs are where but crashes safari / iPhone! First time that's ever happened!

We will discuss the turn on/off button today. We have already starting testing for the Iphone and other browsers.
On a serious note I'm a relatvie newby but I do prefer your system to most of the other I've used. It is far more user friendly than most. The only thing is that I would like to be able to "turn off" certain jobs like the audits that are on there now - I don't want to do them but if there are new jobs I have to trawl through those first to get to the others.

We are wary to do this encase new locations come on for that client and also the fee could go up. Normaly shops would not stay on that long but we have had a slight delay for some locations. It will be discussed but i would not hold you breath.
Is there anyway that phone calls (which can be done from any location) can be distinguished from physical visits?

These will always have the green phone logo and show at the top of the list from next week.
Helion - all i ever see is a supermarket job in the southwest of england.

I may be wrong but due to your screen name, you are probably still to young for most of our projects?
Mind you, I tried applying for a sports audit and it appeared in apps pending, then disappeared a sec later. Is that because it's been allocated, or a system glitch?

Strange, is it back on your available locations? If so please apply again.
One more little niggle actually Max, while we're on the subject.. I've noticed a few times now that I've been assigned calls on days that I did not select when I applied. It hasn't mattered hugely to me in the past, as although I made sure I entered days that would be easiest for me, but when it's happened before I just fit it in anyway as they don't take long. But I had a couple of calls assigned this time round, and I know I was super careful not to select a day that I was at my 'proper' job, as I would not be able to do it all day, given that the call has to be done through the internet, so can't do it on lunch break etc!
I know it's not a huge deal, as I'm still within the fieldwork dates, and can get it done tomorrow, but still don't like it as I feel like I've missed a deadline. That and the reminder emails!!

The only thing that can happen is that the date goes one day after your plan date. This is the 24 hours to complete your report. So really a due date is 24 hours after you said you would do it. When you apply you add a plan date. It is extra work for us to change it to an earlier date so i'm sure you must have though you put in another plan date, sorry ;-)

    Thanks for all your feeback!!

Would anybody like to give a testimonial for our homepage? Please email it to maben@helionresearch.com

    Have a good shopping day!
  • Just had the email to say that they have increased the fee for those pilot big shop jobs, even for the ones that have already been completed.

At least it is a slight result for us!:T

Bare Jewellery calls:- Ok I'm scratching my head, is the number of the store you have to call somewhere on the shop log/guidelines?

Looks to me like it's on the job notes - the first page you click on before you apply for the job. Looks like they have missed off the first 0 though.

I thought initially that it was on the shop info, but googling that address comes up with the right name but a different number. I'm going to ask now :/

Thanks you're right, and it agrees to the googled number (seeing Lalli's post)

    Thx

Ok, so once again it's just me that's the problem :(

    Hi all,

If this happens ( it should not but i think that's one of the things the client want to see without telling us that ;-) just let me know and we will get any credit check wiped and the card cancelled.

Sure it isn't a problem Max, but if this were to happen to me (as it almost did the only time I took this role) I'd want to get a copy of my credit report to ensure everything had been cancelled a confirmed. With the potential cost and hassle of doing this makes these jobs not really worth doing IMHO.
  • I'm not too happy at the moment - had an email from a certain jewellary assignment saying I will not get paid for it as I enquired about something I shouldn't have done. Which I did not, it was just that the assistant assumed I was after this particular type and showed me these items to begin with.

I suggest you email back and say just that. Did you steer the conversation by asking about other products?
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!
