    Hi all,

If this happens ( it should not but i think that's one of the things the client want to see without telling us that ;-) just let me know and we will get any credit check wiped and the card cancelled.

Also i saw someone else posted they could not see the jobs but they fit the age. Just email me and i will look into it for you.

Could I ask for some feedback from you experienced shoppers or newbies? If not the right place to ask please say and i will take the request off!

What do you think of the job board now with the map and distance? Does it make it easier? Also, as some of you would of seen from the email this evening, the email now has apply links and distance. Does it help? You can email me you feedback if you would prefer - maben@helionresearch.com

Any other feedback or ideas are also very welcome as always.

Enjoy your evening, back to the footy for me ;-)!!

I totally love the map. The old search didn't work at all for my postcode, so I'm much happier!

Mind you, I tried applying for a sports audit and it appeared in apps pending, then disappeared a sec later. Is that because it's been allocated, or a system glitch?

Max - I'd tell you how it works, but I don't see many jobs on there. Very ageist ;)

I'll tell you in 3 months and 4 days when I'm old enough to do more jobs hehe.

One more little niggle actually Max, while we're on the subject.. I've noticed a few times now that I've been assigned calls on days that I did not select when I applied. It hasn't mattered hugely to me in the past, as although I made sure I entered days that would be easiest for me, but when it's happened before I just fit it in anyway as they don't take long. But I had a couple of calls assigned this time round, and I know I was super careful not to select a day that I was at my 'proper' job, as I would not be able to do it all day, given that the call has to be done through the internet, so can't do it on lunch break etc!
I know it's not a huge deal, as I'm still within the fieldwork dates, and can get it done tomorrow, but still don't like it as I feel like I've missed a deadline. That and the reminder emails!! :)
Maybe this is something that could be ironed out.

Also definitely agree with whoever said about distinguishing the calls from actual visits with regards to the map situation!

    ;-)!!

Like the jobs automatically being arranged in distance order. Makes it easier and quicker to work out possible jobs. The map isnt relevant to me (too rural to show anything) but could be handy in towns and cities. I would like an option to turn it on/off as well but would maybe use it when outwith my normal area.

    Map is useful.

Agree with separating Calls and visits.

I've had a job "Pending" for ages now. Due to be completed 9th February. Assume it won't be mine, but don't like to assume! (!!! u me)

Always appreciate a quick acceptance/release of jobs to be able to plan correctly.

Wasn't me either. I was all the way across the city in salubrious Easterhouse at The Fort most of the day.
