  • Looks like someone's released a few jobs in Bognor area on ESA if anyone's interested. Not worth an alert.

Oh OK, my mistake, it was worth an alert :rotfl:

Thought it was only my area as there were so few of them but looks like they're everywhere :D

Not just MS'ing, I do a lot of various work and yes expenses are all taken off.

Was just far higher than I expected, just the payment of tax is slightly over the £1k threshold, also worth adding that I was working for early part of this tax year so it's not all MS.

HMRC can be quite random with their payments on account. It's what they anticipate you will earn next year and it's often worth giving them a ring if you don't expect the same level of earnings next year.

  • Argh quick! Doing a betting shop for RE and there's no "correct score" displayed in window. I know I can now put a "correct score" bet on any match but which one should I chose?

Any suggestions? Winning could make the job worthwhile lol :D

Correct score bets are usually fairly hopeless. Too many variables... That's why they use them so you're very unlikely to win. I wish they'd go back to the any football bet one. Much more chance with team x to beat team y :)

Or even the coupon ones I won £90 on one once on a job :D

As Ninja said these correct scores are pretty hopeless - I placed three bets yesterday on various correct scores for the FA cup match last night (the ones in the window) and none came near to being correct! Just pick some random numbers between 0 and 3 for each team - that's probably your best bet!
