Anyone been in this situation before?
I sent a report in to RE and it went through with no queries and the payment was put through.
I now have a query sent to ask a question not regarding my answer to any question, but a query wanting information I provided in the report I sent.
The thing with that is that, in a mistake due mostly to the fact that I started mystery shopping recently, I lost the information I had on the mystery shop and the things they are asking I don't have written.

Ummm what kind of queries are you talking about can you be more specific? is it factual stuff or like location stuff?0 -

The main problem is they want a name and description of the staff member which, to be honest, is not going to be what I would consider accurate now in comparison to what it was. Added to that would be the fact that if I was to attempt a description it would likely differ from the description I gave last report.2013 Wombles onto Giftcard Challenge £0/£1200 -
Well it's now snowing here. I've had a really rough nights sleep as I keep coughing and can't breathe through my nose. I can't even think of advice for you Mistic0

Full on snow here - grr. I had to drop my parents off at the train station this morning so they could catch their flight home. 6:15am, me trying to reverse the van out of its space while both the parents stand in front pushing it. We go out though, and they caught the train! But I didn't drive back up the hill again - my van's now parked in residential spaces halfway between my house and town.
Luckily my weekday shops are all doable by train. Tomorrow I need to drive to 5 shops, but they're in big estates off main roads, and all quite close together, so fingers crossed they'll be fine.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

To be honest if it was me I would write back saying sorry that your notes only cover the areas requested in the briefing. I think that is always better than trying to guess.0 -
Ok i bet you do remember you just need to think, I know this is going to sound corny but did you have to make a purchase is the name on the receipt?
Thiink close your eyes and thnk about the transaction, did the server smile at you? Make eye contact can you see that? Were they roughly equal with you when they looked at you (if so now you have an approx height) or were they taller? Shorter?
Were they Male or Female? Did you notice their hair was it REALLY dark or light? if it was a woman was their hair tied up.
Female, 5'9, light coloured hair tied up no glasses... for example...
See where I am getting at? Try to be generic but describing the person just really concentrate on it. Sometimes we can't see exact things but we can give a rough description.0 -

This is not going to help in this situation but I have downloaded a free PDF writer and now make a pdf for all my reports before I submit them when I can. This means that I can refer back to them and see exactly what I put originally which helps a lot.0 -

Had a Tesco delivery this week after being snowed in, sadly I've almost drunk all the Xmas wine, will have to go out next week and get some more...ho hum
I had a pre misconception that you were about 25! Take it as a compliment, not an insult. Nice to sound younger than you really are. Obviously it would be great to look it too. Wish I did!!!0
