I sold a sat nav cd on eBay at the beginning of October. As it had been a week since I had sent the CD I decided to leave the buyer feedback. Bad mistake. The next day I get an e-mail saying that the CD didn't work and he wanted a refund. I said no as the CD could be copied and it was the right one for his car... Next…

Maybe I should have checked out his feedback first before being so hasty with a refund... seems like oswestry123 done this sort of thing a few times before...

I've added him to my blocked bidders list and all my friends have done the same so hopefully they won't get the same treatment as I've received.

Don't blame me, it was like that when I got here!
