So, how often do you defrag your hard drive?

Got mine running on a schedule.
I leave it on during a Monday. It runs a full av scan, anti-spyware scan, does a defrag of each drive, and then runs any backups while I'm at work.

hardly ever, XP doesn't seem to have the same problems as before.
This has been recommended, it's an on the fly defrag tool that works much better than the built in one.

I Only do a defrag once I have have reformatted and reinstalled windows and reinstalled the "Main" software.0

Every week, maintenance day. Disk clean up. Virus scan, adaware removal, spybot and then defrag.
I have nothing better to do!!!!
