    This keeps cropping up on RM in my searches as it's the size, area and price range I'm looking at. Has been for sale for bloody ages (possibly with a different agent prior to Nov 09, can't quite remember), never could work out why... :p

    It looked expensive to me anyway - paid only a small amount more for a 4-bed detached in the south-east. Oop north I assumed that would cost about £3.50. :p

    I know there are a wide range of ways to dress your windows, but you don't need to use every single one of them on every single window!

    The bathroom suite is priceless - makes my avocado (yes it's crud but it works and doesn't look too bad so it's a low priority in the list of rennovations) look positively classy!
