I am an oldie coming back to MSE so I have not been challenging myself lately, but would like to get back into it! Unfortunately I spent £56 on my car washers being fixed, £23 on deep tissue massage for back problem, but I did return a pair of shoes so got £20 refund even though was over the 28 day policy : )
I did make my own soup and take it to work, but my boss threw it away as she thought it was out of date and taking up space in the fridge, as I put in in an old soup put I keep for storing my soups in!! So I just ate my bagel!Became debt free in 2007 after having £15k of debt. Have been a stranger to MSE and now want to get back into my old MSE habits and save, save, save0 -

However, leaving a few blanks isn't a crime - it's your list to be used how you feel fit....
Now that's a sensible idea, trust me not to think of something so simple! I read through the rest of the thread today, it's really interesting seeing everyone's goals - amazing how many are shared & how some are so different, & again how there are so many simple pleasures in life that most people tend to forget, I will definitely be adding a few to mine!
Hope you find a bit more motivation to keep doing yours, the dolls house pic you posted looked amazing!! I think you need to remember your strengths, if you can make something as good as that you can definitely finish the list

Hi all
Glad people seem to have had a good day..dealing with banks of course excepted!!
Today I had a cheap day as travelling for work and then working this eve so:
- LSD just DVD hire (OH) book(2.99- me) and OH admitted to a sneaky 45p coffee..he is getting more and more MSE by the day...:rotfl:
- checked banking
- stashed 4 £2 coins ( is £8 a record??!) in sealed pot
Need to chase Santander as we applied for a good card for using when abroad. Have PINs but no cards..boo. Another job..and I really don't need those!
Have a good day tomorrow all
