Today I have to find myself somewhere to live :-(

My time in Ireland is up unfortunately, and as much as I hate to leave I'm looking forward to the next adventure..which is in Shrewsbury.

So I need to find a cheap room to rent- preferably not at the extortionate prices that I've been finding so far.

Anyone who wants a lodger give me a yell!

Oh, I will also work out my budget until Christmas pay day.

    • Checked online banking – an extra gym DD has gone out (in error) and has taken me overdrawn on a step account…….panicking slightly as it is not showing a credit balance when I transfer money over

Candy maybe worth a try ringing your bank Asap, last year my energy company 'accidently' took 300 instead of 30 from me. EDF said sorry but it will take us a week to get it back to you ring the bank. Bank got money back in less than 24 hours and made sure I got no charges. Can't remember what they called it but it was quick and simple - must be for Santander :rotfl:

Will come back later with my list - nap time :o

    - Last night was free movie at Europe House in London with 3 glasses of wine.

    - Considering getting a yearly Zone 1-2 travel card to avoid the 8.7% fare increase.

Think some more about what to include on my 101 things in 1001 days list (Thanks to Stitchy for the idea). I am up to number 60 now but I'm unsure if I can leave a few blank until I know where I will be going on holiday (for example if I visit Egypt, seeing the pyramids would have to be added to the list, or if I went to Australia then scuba diving off the great barrier reef would have to be added). Does anyone know if I can do this?

How about something open-ended like "Do something special on holiday"? I've put "Do something special with Jo" until we decide what it's going to be. ;)

However, leaving a few blanks isn't a crime - it's your list to be used how you feel fit....
