Its time for an upgrade on my company Vodaphone, currently have a blackberry storm, which I am happy with.

Whats to stop me upgrading to another blackberry, keeping the one I have now and selling the new one on Ebay or in CEX?

The fact that your company might take a dim view of it?

You said it was a 'company vodaphone' in your first post.

If its your own contract then you can do whatever you want.

Personally, I would use the new phone and keep the Storm as a backup.

I did that last time I upgraded, kept the N95 I had then traded it in 3 months ago and got £100 for it
  • Tricky one as the company still technically pays the bill even if you pay the bill first ! Would always be cautious in these situations

Not so. As long as the company reimburses OP for use of his own phone, then he can do as he chooses. However, OP would presumably need to have a working phone ??
