Complaint to Npower Homeserve

Does anyone know the best way to complain to NPower Homeserve?


I've called up their membership line who told me it's not them to complain to, they don't have a customer complaints department and have given me an email address to write to, but I'd rather do it over the phone as it's quite an urgent matter.

Should I just email them and wait?

PS Don't think they are anything to do with N-Power as Severn Trent flog their policies as well.

Thanks very much for this but I've just had to email the address I was given this morning. I guess at least this way I have a copy of my complaint, but would have liked to have got it sorted over the phone today.

Fingers crossed they read it soon
