What if you don't drive at all, can you still win?Prize:
The prize includes:
· A Mercedes C180 CGI car in silver including a quarter tank of petrol and road tax and insurance for the first year delivered to the winner’s UK home address. The winner will need to provide correct and valid documentation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid driving licence (both card and paper parts);
I just quoted the only T&C which mention a drivers license being needed, and its stated directly after the description of the Car. Therefore it seems to me at least, that its saying in order to claim the Car part of the prize fund, you'll need a valid drivers license.
Its doesn't say anywhere in the Terms, that you can only enter the competition if you have a drivers license.July Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -
Bumping to post this email response i got back from ITV, when i asked what people without drivers licenses can do vis a vis the car;Dear S. Eastment,
Thank you for contacting ITV regarding the Daybreak Prize package.
Please note that you are eligible to enter without a driving licence, butshould you win, someone with you will need to show a full driving licence on collection of the car, in order to take ownership.
Kind Regards,
Jocelyn

So thats pretty good news, as even if you can't drive, you can have someone else take ownership of the car(family member), they can sell the car on, and you can share the money you get for it.
