I think a light box might be on the cards. I ended up going back to bed with a book and dozing most of the morning. Then got up and spent the afternoon and most of the evening writing. Minimal housework done, but I did put the DW on a clean cycle.
Back in the office today and tomorrow. Quite frankly, Thursday can't come early enough for me - I've already left the place in my head!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Shortbread made... it's a bit too crumbly though. Any ideas as to what I can convert it into (apart from icecream). Baby mince pies cooking. Need to clear up and get supper going so OH has no reason to be grumpy once he gets here

Good morning everyone, a bit of a late start here this morning as I got waylayed by my NDN as I was coming back from the hospital and he can talk for England. I think he is probably a bit lonely and just wanted someone to talk to.
Tuesday - living room, hallway, stairs
Level one
Clear the floor of clutter
Tidy the baubles and lights on the tree
Level two
Vacuum the stairs and hallway and living room
Wipe and water plants
Wash the windows
Level three
Wipe the sofas and wash any skanky soft furnishings
Sort coats, shoes and bags
Wipe the paintwork in the hallway and up the stairs.
Extras- Check the smoke alarms
- Fill a binbag for charity shop
- Finalise your christmas menu and shopping list
- Defluff and deweb these rooms
Tidy the kitchen.
Unload/reload DW.
Wipe surfaces.
Empty bin
Sweep & mop kitchen floor.
[STRIKE]Tidy main bedroom and make bed[/STRIKE].
Tidy and S&S bathroom.
Tidy and S&S living room
S&S study, wipe over PC desk and keep free from clutter.
Hoover downstairs i.e. living room, hallway, bathroom, dining room and study.
Laundry – none today
HHC at 10:00 if anyone would like to join me
