Virgin Media package

Hi,
I currently have the following package with Virgin Media:
I have a V+ box which is obviously free as I have XL TV.
It just seems a little expensive and as I have been with them for almost 3 years so have well completed the minimum 12 month contract, does this mean I can cancel at anytime?
Also do others agree that it is a bit pricey?
Thanks.
Gareth.

What services does your billing notice say you have, and do you have the phone as well?0

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
No I don't have a phone line with them, I'm with Pipex as gf's parents are so it's free to phone each other.
Bill says:TV Size: X L 11 December - 10 January £24.50Broadband Size: M 11 December - 10 January £20.50
Broadband & TV Bundle Saving 11 December - 10 January £-3.500 -
Then you are paying a lot. I have XL TV,2 HD V+ Boxes, M BB, phone line/rental and free uk calls anytime for £49. You need to do some negotiating.0

I thought I was! lol.
As I am over the minimum 12 month contract can I change my package/pricing or cancel at anytime? I assume there may be a cancellation notice period of 30 days or similar?
What would you reckon to be a fair price for what I am receiving - I would say around £25 at the most, more like £20.
Do you have a non-0845 number I can call them on?0 -
Try saynoto0870.com0

I recently upgraded my package.

What are other people getting for around the same price or does anyone get similar for less?
Also what difference having a phone line make?0 -
I believe any deals are based on he basis that you must have a phone line0

Why not get the phoneline aswell if you can get a better deal?
You can take your number with you.
Have a look at that other thread, it is a very long thread and someone else on there has probably been in the same situation as you.0
