i can have an i phone or an htc which do i go for ?

i make calls do a few texts and a camera is handy
some of the apps may be usefull .
but which do i go for ??

I was looking at
iphone 3gs 8gb free phone 600 mins 500 text & 500 internet for £35
iphone 4 16gb £29.99 1200 mins 500 text and 750 internet £45
samsung galaxy s free phone 1200 mins 500 text and unlimited internet £35
htc desire free phone 600 mins 500 text and unlimited internet £30

I like the htc sense ui and the look of the phone, i have a few htc's in the past and always been brillants , the samsung looks like a iphone and is very fast and sleek not sure about android and the apps and updates.
The iphone is dream phone for me and i like all the differnt apps you can get .. if i was going to choose i am leaning towards the iphone 4 but does mean a extra £10 a month for me .. so i am still unsure.. i can start looking from the 14th dec

everyone i know has gone from iphone to htc. android is so much better.faster and has better lay outs etc
