Problems cancelling Fast4

In September I cancelled my dial up with fast4. However thay continue to take the £4.99 from my bank account.

I have spoken to the bank and as the payments are being taken by switch payment they cannot stop payments.

I have contacted fast4 who tell me that v21 have the account details. Contact v21 they say fast4 still have account details. All i want to do is stop the payments but cannot see a way to do this.

Any help please?

I have the same problem. Luckily my CC expires this month so they won't be able to take any more payments.

I have also filed a complaint with my CC company

I'm also trying to cancel Fast4 at the moment and pay by credit card.

Has anyone successfully cancelled F4 in the last month? If so how did you do it? Can I cancel the credit card payments or do they have to do it?

I note that the members area on the V21 portal is supposed to be back tomorrow (Mon 30th). Failing that what should I do? Thanks.

This isn't so Mick. My CC expired and I was sent a new one with different expiry date and authorisation nnmber, but they still took the payment. My CC company told me that for subscriptions, all they need is the number, so I have asked for a completely new CC with a new number.

Has anyone got a recent credit card statement with biscit/V21 details on?

That way we can inform our CC companies to block it. The old Fast4 details are no good anymore.

I don't think it's Fast4 doing it. I was set up on direct debit and only the very first payment was by CC. Fast4 was taking my money by DD. Now 3 days ago, someone has taken a payment by CC. I'm VERY suspicious of biscit.

What was the company name in the description in your credit card statement?

For Fast4 it was "ISP SUB INET" on mine.
  • thats the same for me. the phone number is the same as when they first took the money for the connection
