One of my orders for bench has been cancelled, phoned them up and they said it was flagged up because may be for re-sale. My total order was for £55.00 (hardly a big order for re-sale).

I did order two in some size tops but with four females in our Family I knew someone would want them.

Annoying thing is I paid next day delivery, and they have taken the money out of the bank.

Also said they would have cancelled my other order for a couple of coats but it was to late.
At least they were honest though.
Not to dissapointed as I overspent anyway.lol

got my delivery today - and can confirm sizes come up a little on the small side for my usual size! ok to keep though

My order hasn't arrived yet. I ordered on Sunday morning and Bench sent an email saying it's been shipped on Monday morning.

I emailed them yesterday and they say it will take a few more days (standard delivery) but I thought when they say it's been shipped, it's on it's way?

I've been on to track my order and it says its been delivered today, but it hasn't. I've been in all morning and no delivery has been attempted. Tried to email bench, but mails are coming back undeliverable, anyone have a different email address than customercare@shop.bench.co.uk

I would just phone them up instead.
