bench 40% off one day only code

It states on their returns information page, after giving the information about the returns label:

"You can then return your purchases by recorded delivery to:"

That would suggest to me that returns are not free and that you have to pay recorded delivery to send them back. I'm still very tempted by a lovely cardigan on there though, my brother hasn't got my present yet...

2 of my orders have been shipped however the order that i really want [Its always the case isn't it!] is showing as -

We could not obtain the status of your order. Please contact Customer Services on 0845 269 3548 for your order status.

When I returned a couple of things to bench a few months ago I had to pay postage there was no free returns label
