    I think it's highly unlikely returns will be free!! They're not normally on sites like this, and as a side note - that printable returns thing is a pain cos I don't have a printer at the mo lol Items I've ordered will be ok for me if not daughter so not worried about it :D

    Just realised all my orders have earnt me £19 on my Bench loyalty card - I already had £10 on there to spend and now i have reached £25+ they double the amount to £50!:jWill be using it towards my spend in Bench's January sale:money:

    From what I understood you put the returns note inside and the returns info tells you how to return any items. I've spoken to a friend who has apparently returned an item before and not had to pay. It's a shame we can't contact Bench today for clarification as they are closed :(.

    They have stopped the code working on sale items - Was working until about 10am today!

    It says in the terms the £10 signup bonus doesnt count towards your points so you have £10 and 190points, still another £60 for double up

    yes i tryed to register but it looks like you ahve to get a card from a store and then register it on the site - well i dont have a store anywhere near me so cannot get one. annoying
