Card expired and so updated details with new card, still credit card for monthly paying of broadband

Yes, it was in the email they sent out about a week ago. £1.50 fee which also applies to debit cards. Direct debits are still free.0

A debit card takes the money instantly from your bank account when you use the card. A direct debit is something you can set up with Plusnet by giving them your bank account details - account number, sort code and amount - and they take the money automatically every month from your bank account on a specific date.
I would suggest calling Plusnet and they can set this up for you.0
