card for use abroad (that has Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode)?

Hi all,
Has anyone got any tips on a card for use abroad (i.e. no/low fees/charges) that is signed up to Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode?
I have a Metro Bank account but as they've just opened I'm not sure they will take part in the scheme.... I have a Post Office credit card but last time I checked they weren't involved in MasterCard Secure Code
I used to use Nationwide for this, but as they have big charges outside the EU now it isn't worth it.
Basically I'll be needing to book some flights with this Brazilian airline, Gol, and (if things haven't changed) recently, they only take bookings off foreign cards with verified by visa or SecureCode.
To be honest booking with them is usually a nightmare, but atleast this would be one less thing.
Thanks!
