Vodafone Refund - Payment Slip

Hi Guys,

Wonder if anyone can help me - This is probably a silly, and obvious question!

I got a letter saying Goodbye from Vodafone and a bill stating a 20.66 credit. At the bottom of the letter there is a Giro slip that says 20.66CR - Do i just take that into the bank to get the cash?

I am 99.9% sure that you wouldn't get given cash by a bank or post office branch. It may be that if you had a direct debit with Vodafone then they will credit that amount back to your bank account. You can either wait and see or phone them to check.

I recently had a goodbye from Vodafone letter with a credit bill. As I paid by Direct Debit, there was no Giro slip on the bottom of mine and the money was automatically credited back to my bank account.
