Hi, can anyone point me in the direction on sorting it out please ?
I have sky broadband , had no problem until i got a new home phone !! and at a loss what to do

Every phone needs a filter if you have broadband (the post above was correct).
I take it that the new phone is additional to the old phone.
If not, then for some reason the old phone didn't upset the broadband signal but the new one does.
If a filter doesn't sort it a few more details may help to solve the problem.0 -
It may be that if your new phone is a DECT type that's interfearing with the broadband,OP does not state if the actual broadband connection drops or a Wireless signal.
DECT phone's have been known to disrupt the wireless signal.0 -
Indeed keep your DECT base station far away from your router.
........and ensure you are using a microfilter as previously advised.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

Hi, the phone is a DECT type, just checked it , also when it happens we`ve had to re set the router at the back sometimes .Thanks0 -
