Why not read your own meter then tell then, thus avoid these so called "vultures"

They are only doing there job doesn't matter what time of year it is they still read meters

I'm not really sure why them checking the meter after the snow (or otherwise) has you so angry?

(Well, we know why he is upset - he wants to 'prey' on other customers and get them to pay for an 'accidental' customer misreading of his meter. He is now sulking because Scottish Power will be asking him to pay his fair share. It is quite clear who the true vulture is.)

It's truly amazing how many conclusions are drawn from so little starting information. Could it have been a joke? :)

Much better to jump down their throat just in case, though. We can't have any complacency, eh Kim. Glad you took my advice about calling them numpties.

Suspect, looking at some of their other posts, it is born of weather frustration and someone generally wanting money from them at some stage.

But, you can't be too sure these days. Bloody scroungers :p

    :D
