(Well, we know why he is upset - he wants to 'prey' on other customers and get them to pay for an 'accidental' customer misreading of his meter. He is now sulking because Scottish Power will be asking him to pay his fair share. It is quite clear who the true vulture is.)0

Suspect,looking at some of their other posts, it is born of weather frustration and someone generally wanting money from them at some stage.
