Blackberry upgrade or not ?

Do you think it's worth upgrading from the Blackberry Curve to the Blackberry Bold 9700 or 9780 ? On Orange PAYG, the price difference is £ 300 but from what I can see, all you get with a Bold is a faster, more powerful piece of kit but with basically the same features. I am sure I can live without 3G if it costs an extra £300, it I was on contract, I would feel differently, that's for sure !
Thank you
Thank you
Keep calm and carry on
