Is it too late to back up itunes?

the broken one is a desktop. hoping to transfer data onto laptop.
If you had access to another desktop you could just hook the hard drive up directly (and might not even need to take it out of the old one if the cables reach when both desktops are side by side), unfortunately if you only have a laptop you'll need to get a 3.5" hard drive USB caddy from somewhere (£10 ish) and take the drive out completly.
you can then get all your files off via USB as tho it was a USB drive.
generally if you send a drive off somewhere under warrranty you don;t expect to see it back with any data on0 -
