Pork shoulder ....roast VERY slowly for a long time, whack up the heat for the last 40mins to crisp up the crackling ...fantastic.0

Pork shoulder, as already suggested, roast SLOW (about 5 hours). DELICIOUS. Does not need anything else
Chucken - I like to do little "parcels". Pierce the chicken skin an lay it on a piece of tin foil. chop up some vegies (carrots, onion, garlic, whatever) and put it in with the chicken. Then wrap it up and in the oven. MMmmmThere are 10 kinds of people that understand binary

I love pork shoulder done in my SC with a little apple cider .When cooked I let it get cold, and slice it up.beautiful in sarnies or salad and a lot cheaper than buying a ham0
