Are you sure you are not hallucinating? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

richardw, i know some airlines need full names for API, and where applicable we give all the details to the company we use in order for them to fill in the details.
However, look at the following link:
http://easyjet.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4084/session/L3NpZC9XUDNkVjhoaw%3D%3D
the first sentance of the second paragraph states FULL NAME. Ok, we dont do many easyjet flights, so never really need to enter this information, and therefore i apologise if easyjet do not ask for a middle name.
However, if you book with Monarch, this is a screen shot of their API info screen:
http://www.monarch.co.uk/faq/flights/add-api-to-booking/step-two
Clearly asking for a middle name, if one is on your passport.
Regards

Who, me?
Is this question addressed to me?
Yes, I'm saying the truth, I'm a genuine person, I made a post last night on a bingo website that scammed me (if that proves I'm genuine), I can include screenshots of the booking and such.
Regarding calling them for free (not using the 0871 number) that is also an option, should I make a new post about how to call easyjet for free? could be very useful for many users especially if you're stuck in the airport and don't wanna use your mobile haha.0 -
I was just referring to the idea of anyone doing anything for free these days, it was not an attack on you !What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Don't know why there is all the talk of shock and hallucination!
Its not uncommon for airlines (including the spawn of the devil that are easyjet, Ryanair etc) to help customers out on small issues like these. I think its almost expectation people believe they are going to "ripped off", when in reality when they actually pick up the phone they are surprised at result they get from customer services! Don't believe all the "rip off" hype! Keep calm!0
