I do agree with you though in the fact that I dont mind car parking companies obtaining my details in these sort of situation as I make sure that I check for signs etc.

Problems arises as most of us now have 2 cars

also i believe there is a loop hole in the law where you pay a few pounds and they have to give you all video footage of said date and time within 2 days or they are in the **** legally, and when this proves you are right then im sure you could also get this amount refunded!!

So some scrote sees your nice car, can't nick it so needs your home address so then can break in and steal the keys. Sod that for a lark.
