Problem with Adobe Photoshop

For future reference, I'd avoid having your software configured so that it automatically deletes the pictures from your camera. Much safer to delete them manually when you're satisfied that the transfer has been successful and backups made.Today, I plugged my camera in and as always, it downloaded my photos and automatically deleted them from my camera, as it usually does.Stompa0 -
One the files might be in photo shop format PSD > two if so i would expect the free photoshop elements trial to recover the photos .

Your photos are safe, and are present in the folder on your computer that you specified when importing them. If you used Photoshop Album to import your files from the camera without changing the default folder, look in the folder \\My Documents\My Pictures\Digital Camera Photos.

should never delete photos in the camera till you have them and have backed them up. Learnt that the hard way0
