only 1 contact centre was closed that was in scotland problem is over 1000 calls queuing and bg calling service customers to reschedule services so they can do repairs and no scam services are done in the contractual year understand your anger though. but come on if you contact them for a service why not do it in the summer ready for winter?

If you cant get through on the phone you can book annual service, calls outs etc online. I saw a mate do it at work the other day. That way there is no queuing on the phone and the job is booked straight into the system.
