Vodafone- Question
Just got off the phone to vodafone to cancel my phone. They told they me they needed 30 days notice in writing, in which the 30 days would only start from when they receive the letter.
Is this normal for cancelling with vodafone?
Can anyone point me in the right direction to view there terms & condition, because i cannot find any on my paperwork.
Cheers

I believe the notice is correct but still can't find anywhere about written confirmation ???
Are you seriously cancelling or trying for a better deal ? Are you looking to open a contract from a different network ?0 -
Definately cancelling, don't use the phone much so bought a cheap PAYG from tecsocs. There customer services are a bit of a pain thouif i had known then what i know now0

most networks specify 30 days notice to end contract.
I would recommend doing it in wirting anyway so you have some record of doing so, especially if sent recorded delivery0
