    aaaaah......and rest!

Not been a busy week which is why I haven't done any catch up....
Just been a normal boring week of OU, reviews, exercise and not eating crap.
And OH's night last night, which was a success and will be repeated! :D :

Still not s omuch on the planner except...

Cheuqe turned up so thats £66 banked, along with £17 made in Amazon sales. Need to pay my eBay invoice but don't know how to....will check. Few bit for sale on eBay, not a lot but Amazon is ticking over nicely with tw obits sold this week and one last week.
Have been trying to eat healthy and exercis but one seems to take over the other, so I think I need to stage it so the eating, then the exercise is fitted in.
Ding weill with my OU, just trying to work out the next essay plan and get cracking....I hope
Hair is now fabbed and bright purple and I'm exfoliating weekly moisturising every 2 days when I shower, so I'm doing good. Need to add the teeth brushing and face twice a day but it'll take time....

    Back to the boredom realm....

another quiet week for me....have phoned dr to get n appt to get this rash checked out...owie on the rash. Need to phone the dentist at some point and set up an appointment - one late in the day would be better so Mr E. can take me.
Have lost some weight but not sure how much or if i have at all.....it could just be my body fooling me the git that it is.

This might be a bit of a long one.....

Weight: At the moment, this is a bug bear with me. Having weighed myself at my mum's then on our new scales, hers are a stone out. So instead of 12st, I was 13st....and my start weight was 15st! Over the past six/seven months I've managed to get my weight down to 12st 12...a lost of 30lbs! But, I'm still at the 29.9 BMI - which is dangerous for me, so this year's challenge is to lose the 35lbs that will get me in the middle of my perfect weight range AND BMI good. It'll also help me sort out the rest of the my life if I keep it regimented and don't divert - or as little as possible. This means on gig nights I need to find somewhere I can get something small - kiddies' meals instead of the supersize and not eat after. I'll also need to keep a bottle of water with me at all times - I have a 1l one - so I can make sure I'm drinking enough. The fruit bowl will be kept stocked and I've found lactose free soups and crispbreads to keep me going. Main meal will be in the evening and then that is it, except for a piece of fruit if peckish.

OU: This is going surprisingly well - 80 and above in my first 3 assignments. Time will be harder to come by now as I'll be doing two courses concurrently, but I thrive on it.

[Reviews[/b]: getting some really good feedback on this - have splashed on a new camera, 2 more batteries and 2 16GB memory cards and 1 4GB....so I'm all set.

Making money: stuff on Amazon and eBay. 'Nuff said.

Also, I've found sticking to a list of things to do helps me a lot...so this is the basics:

    Shred
    Shower
    Fabbing
    Breakfast
    Reviews til lunch
    Lunch
    OU
    More reviews/reading/essay
    Dinner
    Relax.

    Ok, another update:

Have found the P90 workout program and downloaded it, its now ready to be begun on Monday. Just need to print out the Phase workout calender and stick to it.
Sold Mr E.'s speakers so we have a little more room, just need somebody to buy my remote control helicopter now and make me some money lol. Have bits on eBay and Amazon chugging along so all good.
Surveys are nearly up to date and I'm close to payout on two of them, so slightly exciting for next month!
Updated my spending diary AND my spreadsheet, so I'm all set for the new year and what it has to hold for me....

Well done on the weightloss, sales and OU results!

Sounds like a good plan for the new year :)
