    Jog
    Shred - done
    Post eBay Parcel
    Go to PAH and get rat stuff -11.476 spend :D
    Clean out rats
    Lunch - had
    Clean bedroom - done
    Do OU stuff - will do in a bit
    Start sorting stuff to be binned/sold

    Gah! Quit day not gone well, am still smoking today but will be off them again tomorrow! Got some chewing gum, lollies and stuff to keep me occupied.
    Spends yesterday and todsay...also supplemented by the £100 I won from OnePoll. Got lunch out, Mike's extra present ( a Duff can money box) a couple of books and things I needed/wanted. So I'll have enough to keep busy and it'll be an NSD tomorrow as Mike will have my wallet, as he will Thursday and Friday if I have anything to say about it....so should be another 3 at least this week :D

    Managed to write the gig review today - its at elfen10.blog.co.uk - shameless plug.

    When wandering around town we walked 5km, and I did Shred day 2....and tee hee ;)

    2nd quit attempt. Mike has my wallet so no money for ciggies. There's no baccy in the house so no temptation....looking good so far.
    Have done shred day 3 - getting easier I must admit, and I'm having an early lunch before doing OU work most of the afternoon

    Shred day 3 done, and a 4km walk into the village to get some milk and other bits....Now I'm TIRED! Just done 2 chapters in my OU book and think I need a rest...

    Another non-NSD as we went into town and I picked up a few necessary bits, like face wash/lotion/toner, pens for OU writing so I have some here and lunch. Walked 5km tho so feel virtuous lol.

    Quiet evening but hopefully a boot fair tomorrow :D
