3 new contract

I rang 3 over 2 weeks ago and I got offered this deal:-

300 xnet mins
5000 3to3 mins
2gb internet
unlimited texts

£10 a month on a 12 month sim only deal.

I went for this deal as im after a HTC Desire HD and at the time of phoning them they could not offer this phone to me as they did not have the phone in stock. The CS assistant told me that I should be able to get a Desire HD when I ring back in about a months time as my contract expired on 15th Feb. I am now on this 12 month contract and keep trying to ring up to get an upgrade which im eligible for but only seem to get deals that are quoted on the website. The deals seemed e much better when I was on my old contract and when it was nearly expiring. I feel I have been miss sold this new contract as the cs assistant said I should be able to get the desire HD for £22 a month.

Has anyone else had similar stories, do you think I will get a good deal now or do I know have no chance???

I think you've been lied to! I doubt they would offer the Desire HD for £22 a month when a refurbished Desire is still going to £25 a month, they wouldn't budge on that all when I tried to upgrade, after getting my PAC code!
