They have agreed to pay 2 months line rental, and postage costs of returning the phone. But will not cover the £25 in phone calls chasing them - you can't have everything. Thankfully this is over.
If thats £25.00 due to 0845 or 0870 numbers many companies have other numbers that you can contact them on just search say no to..... 0845 and you should find an alternative to these high rate numbers0
