I rencently signed up for Blueyonder 2MB BB I had been making enquires for a while, then last week the local area rep called me and asked if I was still interested.
I went for it after asking the guy the ins and outs of a cats !!!!.
I had to pay a £25 deposit. I understand this comes back through your early bills.
So does this mean for £14.99 month broadband.
Month 1 - No charge £14.99 of my in credit cash deducted
Month 2 - I only pay £4.99
Is that how it works any clues or advice please.
Cheers

I ordered blueyonder, and yes the money sits on your account so, month 1, £10.01 in credit, Month 2 Pay £4.98
Month 3 Pay £14.99
However if you have just ordered it, ring up to cancel & say you have found a better offer through https://www.quidco.co.uk as they pay £40 cashback.
Telwest will do one of 2 things,
1. Match the cashback as a credit on your account (they did this for me)
2. Let you cancel the order & then you can re-order through quido for £40 cashback + £10 discount for ordering online
Either option will give you at least 2 1/2 months free internet!!
If you need any help, PM me.
