Don't know if it's just me, but one of the problems with this year's big S & G set is the Tote itself - I think it is (waits to be shot down) a bit ugly. Whereas the hatbox I liked - still think it's pretty cool ....

I agree RootedNomad, I think it's so ugly so I won't be buying it myself unless it's a real bargain x

It is unfortunately, and when you look inside it all the contents are just lying loose in the bottom. I am really surprised given the effort S&G usually put into the packaging of their products.

help bootsers =D i have bought 3 products about 3 weeks ago in 3 for 2 wrapped them all . however found out one of them the person already has that gift! eeek! is there any way i can exchange without reciept?? (although i have the reciept) cos obviously cant get a refund as id need to take all 3 items back ?? please help! thanks
