Sitting in front of the OP's 'infected' pc, 'hands-on' i would be fairly confident i could clear this in under 10 mins, then run some Trusted high-grade scans, and i'm not talking Malwarebytes and SAS here.
Finally, testing using various methods anti keylogging, screen capture, attempts to force any suspicious activity etc..
I would then be genuinely quite happy to personally use that pc for ANY purposes! Yes, REALLY!!

Please elaborate in as much detail as possible complete with relevant links please

Calling in someone else with more experience is a good choice.

They can independently look at the situation and assess the threat for themselves, clear of the baggage and opposing views expressed in this thread.
It would be interesting to get a follow-up to see which route they take.
Yes, that would be useful. But the whole point of this site is to ASK for help online (I believe on the rare occasion, some people have actually gone down to help some posters)

One other point, all the people calling for a complete wipe, re-install of OS and all Software forgot to mention any other PCs that may be on the network.
Also, the router presumbably should be reset back to factory defaults since holes could have been added via Port Forwarding, Static Routes added, password changed, DNS changed, firmware infected etc etc...
Clearly the OP wouldnt have a clue about this.
Id say its fairly safe to assume that once the computers wiped then the OP can stop worrying as the chances of this happening is minutely slim
