Hi all
I have just found this site whilst looking around for mobile phone deals,
I have held two contracts with o2 (one for me and one for hubby) for the last 3 years, they are due for renewal this month and we want to upgrade our handsets.
I really dont know the first thing when it comes to getting the best deals on mobiles or which handset to go for.
Our average phone usage is about 15 mins peak time, 20 mins off peak and 10 mins weekends and 50 texts per month (thats each of us),and at present we are on a 50 min off peak,200 mins peak, 200 free texts pm, 50 wap mins etc tariff costing £19.99 per month
We need cameras on the phones but other than that we are easy.
Can anyone please give me some advise on whether to change providers , which handsets to go for and which are the best deals around .
I would be so grateful for any help as there is so many deals I am finding it all a bit mindblowing to work out which would be the best one.
Thanks in advance for any help, and I have a strange feeling my plan of re-painting the lounge today has just flown out the window as I search through the rest of this site !!!

You'll defo get a better deal having been with them 3 years. Quote my deal and see what they can do.
200 xnet mins and 500txts p/m = £15
That price includes a £15p/m discount and I got a free Sony Ericsson W810i which is a great phone (although there is better out there now). W850i, Samsung D900, Nokia N80, Nokia N73 to name but a few.
You'll be offered poor deals in relation to this via upgrades so go direct to the retention team who can and will do their outmost to keep you.
Good luck0
