  • I also love Benefit and jumped at the chance to get a freebie!

I went in to Boots and was told I had to have a makeover to get the freebie but that they didn't have time - so I didn't get one.

Managed to get into Debenhams the next day when they had run out! Went back into Boots today and a different SA told me they had run out and I wasn't even offered the make over!

Does anyone have contact details for Customer Services? Can't help but feel I've been cheated out of a freebie because the SAs were too busy to do a make over.

none in Basingstoke ... I thought I'd save the cost of going into town and being tempted to buy other bits, so popped a quick call in :o

Haven't managed to find anywhere in Croydon that have any yet... The girl in Boots was on her lunch, the girl in Allders sent me to Debenhams and then the girl in there must have been on her lunch too! Typical!
  • My girlfriend went into Boots in Aberdeen to get hers today. The girl at the counter told her they had none left and they had only ever received 25 of them to hand out. She also said she knew that Debenhams in Aberdeen had none left either.

Bit of a con really. From what others have said it doesn't even sound worth the effort. It's amazing the effect the word 'free' has on people. I would never get sucked into something like that....unless the word 'free' was followed by the word 'satnav' of course!! :D

Got mine this morning from Debenhams. They only had the green ones left though. To be honest, I thought they wouldn't have any left, so I am more than happy with my green pallette:j

The SA was really nice and didn't mention the makeover. She just handed me the pallette!!
  • I bought a copy of the magazine, they had the makeup kits in stock (like Martin says, great present idea), but they won't let me have one....

Because I'm a man and they insist on giving me a makeover if I want it.

    Seriously.

I'm tempted to go back, sit in the chair and say 'go on then....'

Hi - u could let the girl just put on the dr feelgood product as its clear like vaseline and is quite nice on the skin ;)

The problem with this is that it's not really free. I'd never tried Benefit before and I had a make over done to get my free pallet. Now I've gone and fallen in love with the products and have just ordered £35 worth of make up from thier US site!!!!!

    Marketing works!!

I went to Boots at Glasgow Fort today, SA told me they had none left. Also none in Fraser, Debenhams and Boots in Glasgow City Centre. Boo Hoo - bought two magazines as well!!
