Hi just wanted to say that I was in debenhams in kent today and there was a lady behind my friend and myself - the girl on the benefit counter said she had run out of stock so the lady overheard and walked off (she had two mag pages) then the girl had a really good look and found 2 palettes (my friend had a makeover) - so if that lady was you behind me then you could try ringing and seeing if they have it left.Comp wins 2013:160 finish quantum tabs, 2xtickets private screening of prisoners(Jake n Hugh 2)

I bought a copy of the magazine, they had the makeup kits in stock (like Martin says, great present idea), but they won't let me have one....
Because I'm a man and they insist on giving me a makeover if I want it.
Seriously.
I'm tempted to go back, sit in the chair and say 'go on then....'0 -

Why not
At best you could come out brighteyed and unblemished - at worst, just say you were inspired by that Pete-wotsisface at the NTAs... :rotfl: Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -
Fenwick in Newcastle have them in stock but they insist on the makeover. I've got mine booked for 3pm Saturday, then I'm off to the match! Gone to be the smartest girl at St James Park!!!!
Going to try Boots in Eldon Square this lunchtime. Let you know if its a successful trip!
TDEBT FREE SINCE SEPTEMBER 2015 :beer::beer::beer:0 -
I got one from House of Fraser in MK the other day (sorry only just found this thread). The girl just gave me it, didn't even mention a make-over (perhaps she thought I was beyond help!), They did only have the brown palette left.
PS This is on sale on Boots for £16.50 - I must be living in a different world - people would actually pay £16.50 for this???? Its tiny!0 -
GUYS - I LOVE FREEBIES, BUT DONT PUT YOURSELVES OUT TO GET THIS - IT IS TINY AND IF THIS IS WORTH £16.50, THEN BENEFIT OVERCHARGE FOR THEIR STUFF - IT AIN'T WORTH THE BOTHER OR PETROL!!!!!MSE_Martin wrote:31 October
What's the deal?
A top chat forum spot! In the latest issue of New Woman (NW) magazine readers are invited to claim a free Benefit Cosmetics make-up palette worth £16.50. There are three palettes to choose from and as the mag costs £2.80, you'll make a saving of over £13.
What you need to do
First check here to find your nearest Benefit counter. Then, simply purchase the December 06 issue of NW magazine, making sure the 'Style Stalker' supplement is attached.
How to get your palette
The offer's printed on the last page of the Style Stalker supplement, so take this with you to the Benfit counter to claim your free palette. Some counters have advised you must agree to have a makeover as well, so be prepared for this possibility.
Ts & Cs
1. Only one palette per customer.
2. Available whilst stocks last (so go quick with all those MoneySavers out there grabbing it

Well I got my voucher and went down to House of Fraser in Oxford Street.
They refused to hand a pallette over saying that I had to have a makeover!!!! Trust my luck to turn up when the AREA SALES MANAGER was there - she was not helpful at all.
I explained that the offer made no actual reference to the makeover being compulsory. (Instead it says in BIG letters - FREE THIS MONTH - A MAKE-UP PALLETTE!!!!!!!)
In the end I had to call the BENEFIT customer services to complain, where I spoke to Jane Marshall, the CS manager. Jane said I must send her the voucher and she will send me a pallette!!
So watch this space!
