t mobile harrassment
hi, can anyone help!?! i cancelled my t mobile phone contract in August. Since then i recieve a new bill every month with the amount increasing. i have rung them about 6 times and spoken to neumorous managers who all say they will ring me back or that the bill has been cancelled. Now i am getting debt collection agencies ringing me. I have taken names and direct ext numbers to the people i speak to but unfortunatly i did not do this with the first one. Although they all openly tell me they do not record calls. At my wits end and feel sick to think i may get a debt collection agency turn up on my door. i have contacted ofcom which told me i had to sort myself or contact CISAS, but they want evidence which i do not have as they were phones which were not recorded. this is my first time on a forum so i really hope you can help. thanks in advance. does anbody know of a high up contact details that i can contact eg: ceo or manager who has pull

thnaks again for this. i wrote to them and they contacted me straight away and cancelled the debt although i now have to call the debt collection agency as t-mobile refused to. but little battles.0

Now check your Credit Record. It could be erroneously marked recording you as a debtor.
If that is the case, then you have another battle best sorted early. And you may need something in writing form T-Mobile to pass to Experian etc.0
