Hi.I have a decent central heating system, but am having to operate it on manual,as I can't work out how to use the controller to set it up.It is a wireless unit that you can carry around.called Celect model number SAS908WHB-3-RF. (Saswell group)It has batteries in it and have set up timings, but cant work out how to get it "in synch" with the heating system to switch off and on automatically. It is showing as programme running but is not actually switching on.days and times are all correct,as far as i can see
Can anyone help,or is there a plumbing forum I can post on?

Sorry to state the obvious, but have you read the manual? Until it's synched with the base unit it's useless. Is the base unit transmitting OK?No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Got no instruction leaflet.I don't know how to tell if it's transmitting though. If you don't leap, you'll never know what it is to fly :heartpuls0

I have just rung the boiler manufacturer and they have said to remove the batteries, and then put them back in,and to leave the control next to the boiler for 15 minutes to engage.I have for the first time had a batteries running low warning come up just now.I will have to go out to get a small screwdriver for it to take it apart..I cannot seem to download the instructions, but I have some malware on my computer at the moment which is causing some problems.
The site is https://www.saswell.comIf you don't leap, you'll never know what it is to fly :heartpuls0 -
That download link does not work.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

On the rear of both the transmitter and receiver there are a row of eight small switches used to change the frequency. These need to be set the same. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

If you don't know where the receiver unit is, then you won't know about the on/off switch and the three LED status indicators on it.
Think that you need to find a man who can, as the remote unit won't be near to the boiler! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
those three lights are in a wall fixed box,on the wall under the boiler.when you look at them, you cannot see those switches.
Oh does not do this stuff, end of.
The on/off switch is there,it is at the on position. If you don't leap, you'll never know what it is to fly :heartpuls0
