Thanks , yes it was just me being dim as it was just the sim not inserted propperly as soon as I opened it and reinseted it it's working fine .THANK YOU for replying0 -

I got this - I ordered two (needed two orders, as a message came up when you try to add another).
The first order went through, but the second one produced the same email response that you got.
However, as they are only open up 'till 6PM, by the time I called them the following day, I'd had another email to tell me it had been shipped!!
BTW, no need to phone them on the 0870 number - call them on the one at the bottom of the e-mail (01782 677600) and ask for the Web Support Team.0 -

An update on my previous response.
Just had an e-mail from Phones4U to say that the security checks had been completed, and the order is on it's way!
It would seem to be that they just overide the checks (as per my chat with the web support team last week), due to the volume of orders that would be delayed/cancelled.0 -
